Lavar Ball Brand coming to WWE Raw!

So here’s a development worth noting.   Superdad Lavar Ball is set for a WWE Raw appearance. He’s basically the basketball equivalent of a chihuahua and I guess he fits right in. If I were Ball, I’d have him go ringside with his kids and have second generation star (or some dick … Continue reading Lavar Ball Brand coming to WWE Raw!

WWE needs to trust Jinder Mahal

Money in the Bank came and went but for some reason, it wasn’t the same scene-stealing show it has been for a couple of years now. I know a lot of people hate James Ellsworth’s involvement in the match (since they are booking this is the first women’s Money in the Bank match), but … Continue reading WWE needs to trust Jinder Mahal

Jinder Mahal: WWE Champion

So let me tell the difference between Jinder Mahal’s WWE Championship win with Jack Swagger’s cash-in for the World Heavyweight Championship.   First up, I thought both men are green but with WWE banking on the Indian wrestling market, I can see Mahal not fizzling out even after he loses the title. … Continue reading Jinder Mahal: WWE Champion

WWE Backlash 2017 Predictions!!!

I will always have Smackdown over Raw and while I dread at the sight of The Singh Brothers costing Randy Orton his WWE Championship, I have high hopes for this event.   I guess Shinsuke Nakamura will notch his first WWE PPV win at the expense of Dolph Ziggler. I hate myself for thinking … Continue reading WWE Backlash 2017 Predictions!!!

Jinder’s push should have been Rusev’s!

Watching Smackdown made me realize that Jinder Mahal is a substitute to Rusev. Hear me out. Replace genetic superiority with riches and you have Rusev... with a possible Bollywood deal in India. I also believe The Singh Brothers (the former Bollywood Boyz) are part of Jinder’s stable to make him look strong. Aside from the … Continue reading Jinder’s push should have been Rusev’s!

Top Ten: WWE Superstars in 2017 (From Royal Rumble to Payback)

Payback is over and Backlash is just around the corner.   And now I give to you the best WWE performers from the Royal Rumble PPV to the Payback PPV.   The rules are simple. A wrestler scores for each time he participates in a match. If the wrestler is eliminated early (such in … Continue reading Top Ten: WWE Superstars in 2017 (From Royal Rumble to Payback)

Great Balls of Fire and Payback predictions

While I think Jerry Lee Lewis’ iconic song is awesome, I most certainly detest the thought of making it a pay per view. Aside from the fact that you automatically remember the song when you think about the event, the only “balls” you’ll latch on at the thought of sports entertainment is those things attached to a man’s private part. How PG.

Don’t hinder on Jinder… until further notice.

I know the emergence of Mahal as the top contender of the most cherished spot in Smackdown is all too random for everyone's liking but it’s not like that six-pack challenge is loaded with Cena-like talent. At best, it feels like Sami Zayn, Dolph Ziggler, and four Jack Swaggers randomly thrown to the mix.
